Cancellation policy
If a booking is cancelled:
*31 days or more prior to commencement of booking, your payment, minus a $100 admin fee, will be refunded.
*Between 30-14 days prior to commencement of booking, no refund will be given on the 50% deposit. If the full amount has been paid, you will receive 50% back.
*Within 14 days prior to commencement of booking, or after commencement of booking, no refund will be given on the full tariff.
Children
We ask that children are well-supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the fireplace. The buildings are raised high off the ground, and there are unfenced dams, and cattle, in the paddocks. It would also be greatly appreciated if children didn’t have food in the bedrooms please.
Check-in time is after 3pm, check-out time is by 10.30am
Depending on other bookings, we may be flexible with check-in / check-out times. Please talk to us about your requirements.
